Gambia’s game against Niger is this weekend! You should watch it!

The Gambia senior national team will be playing their first international game against Niger.

Currently, training in Turkey, the 26 man squad head by coach Tom Saintfie will use the training to prepare enough, ahead of the team’s international friendly games.

Their second friendly game will be against Togo on June 8, 2021, while June 11th will be against Kosovo.

The friendly games are aimed to improve the Scorpion weakness ahead of AFCON 2022.

Gambia’s participation in AFCON 2022—is very historic as it’s the first time the scorpions will partake in Africa’s biggest football tournament.

The match will be air on Gambia football Federation — Facebook page at 5 pm GMT
