
GNOC and Moroccan Embassy Strengthen Sports Cooperation
The newly elected Executive Board of the Gambia National Olympic Committee (GNOC), led by President Bai Dodou Jallow, recently paid a courtesy visit to the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Banjul. The meeting, held on February 6, 2025, aimed to enhance bilateral relations through sports diplomacy and foster collaboration between the two nations.

The primary focus of the discussion was to strengthen ties between The Gambia and Morocco through sports. President Jallow highlighted the importance of mutual cooperation in promoting sports development and enhancing opportunities for Gambian athletes and coaches.

Jammeh, Secretary General Mr. Yorro Njie, and Technical Director Rev. Mary Padro Decker. Both parties expressed their commitment to working together on these initiatives and ensuring the successful implementation of agreed-upon plans.
