1. Overview

This Coaching Agreement & Liability Waiver (“Agreement”) governs your participation in coaching services provided by The Sister Show LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the Sisters Show App.

By booking or participating in any coaching session, you agree to this Agreement.

2. Nature of Coaching Services

Coaching services are intended for personal development, education, and general guidance in areas such as relationships and wellness.

You understand and agree that:

* Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical care
* Coaching is not provided as part of any clinical or healthcare service
* No diagnosis, treatment, or medical evaluation is provided
* No provider-patient or clinical relationship is established through the App

3. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

You acknowledge that:

* The services provided are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice
* The Company is not acting as a licensed healthcare provider within the App

Even if a coach or representative of Sisters Show LLC holds a professional medical license (including as a Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Physician Assistant (PA), Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or other healthcare professional), all services provided through this App are rendered strictly in a non-clinical coaching capacity.

If you are experiencing medical or mental health concerns, you agree to seek care from a licensed provider in an appropriate clinical setting.

4. No Provider-Patient Relationship

You expressly acknowledge that:

* Use of this App and participation in coaching does not establish a provider-patient relationship
* No medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment is being provided
* Any interaction through the App is separate from any clinical services provided outside of the App

5. Personal Responsibility

You understand and agree that:

* You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results
* Coaching outcomes are not guaranteed
* Any actions you take based on coaching are done at your own discretion

6. Voluntary Participation & Suitability

You confirm that:

* Your participation is voluntary
* You are in a suitable mental and emotional state to engage in coaching
* You may stop participation at any time

You further agree that you will not rely on coaching services for medical, mental health, or crisis support.

7. Use of Information at Your Own Risk

You agree that any decisions, actions, or changes you make based on coaching sessions or App content are taken voluntarily and at your own risk.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not intentionally disclose personal information shared during coaching sessions.

However, you understand that:

* Confidentiality may be limited where required by law
* Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in digital communications

9. Payments & No Refund Policy

* Coaching sessions must be paid in advance
* All payments are non-refundable, unless required by law
* Missed sessions may be forfeited unless rescheduling is permitted

10. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless The Sister Show LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

* Your participation in coaching services
* Decisions or actions you take based on coaching
* Any outcomes related to your personal, emotional, or relational experiences

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

* Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
* Loss of income, relationships, or personal outcomes
* Emotional distress or dissatisfaction arising from participation

12. Eligibility

You must be:

* At least 18 years old
* Legally able to enter into this Agreement

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

14. Agreement Acceptance

By selecting “I Agree” or booking a coaching session, you confirm that:

* You have read and understood this Agreement
* You voluntarily agree to all terms
* You accept full responsibility for your participation
