Juka Ceesay was born and raised in a small country Banjul, The Gambia in West Africa. Juka moved to the United States at the age of 18 and attended Navarro Community College in Corsicana, Texas where she earned her Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. While in NYC, Juka’s modeling work included TV commercials, print modelling, and acting roles. Juka was featured in several national commercials for brands such as American Express, Axe Deodorant, Saab Car, Virgin Mobile, T Mobile, Walmart, Master Card, TK Maxx (UK), ATT& T. After three successful years in NYC, Juka moved back to Los Angeles to continue her film and television career.
